I give you quotes

"The rivalry is as strong as ever, I believe," Ohio State defensive tackle Doug Worthington said. "Michigan is one play, one game away of confidence to be back at the top of the Big Ten. With that historic program and tradition, Rich Rodriguez, I met him and he shook my hand. He's a great guy and I'm sure he has great guys and leaders to pick up that team, (Brandon) Minor and (Nick) Sheridan, and young guys that's going to come in and push some older guys.

Worthington is borderline obsessed with it. The Athol Springs, N.Y. native has all of the Ohio State-Michigan games on tape or DVD. And he believes Michigan is on the verge of returning to past prominence.

"They know that they have everyone looking at them as far as the rivalry and making sure that they do better," Worthington said. "They are ready. They are waiting in the wings for the game.

See even the buckeye coaches and players know what they are talking about

Doug Worthington certainly should respect Michigan and the rivalry. I am sure Coach Tressel and Coach Rodriguez emphasize to their players to be politically correct and say the right thing so as to not piss off the opposing team.

However, why can't we ever hear what these players really think? What do the Michigan players really think of Justin Boren? Is it not ok to occasionally rip an opponent who is a prick, who played dirty, etc. Imagine the banter and fun the fans of both teams would have if guys like Don Underferth, ONEOSUNUT, Michigan Man, By, By Lloyd, etc. were to suit up and play Saturday.

I'd love to line up against Michigan Man. The only problem is, Ugly would have major disadvantages, A) he never played the game, B) he wouldn't like is hair to get messed and C) he's always too busy painting his toe nails.

Have to respect the kid for what he said. Nice to hear a young man talk so respectfully and appropriately, not all the trash talk. I give this kid credit.
