Here we go again. If (and I mean a big IF) this is true it may cause a Constitutional crisis.

If authentic this could be big trouble for Obama. But I imagine it'll get thrown out of court as well as getting buried by the media.

704,

I believe that you should have used the word "burned" rather than "buried"... In either case, I believe both will happen.

And, if this is true, what an unbelievable problem this will cause...

Here's an interesting take on a more legal note.

I'm not saying that this video is legally correct. It makes an interesting argument against Obama being a naturalized citizen of the U.S..

My concern - why is this being pushed in Aug 09 instead of Aug 08? It could have saved everyone a lot of $$$ by derailing this ridiculous presidency before it began.

Everyone touted this silly Hawaii newspaper article as irrefutable proof - it is obvious that you can submit something to the birth announcement section of a paper and it will be printed as submitted without verification. I could make up a fictitious baby and have a birth announcement in the Detroit Free Press tomorrow.

Sorry, libbies, you can’t just call those that are concerned about this “kooks” and hope for it to go away without a legitimate birth certificate. Complying with the Constitutional standards for eligibility for the Presidency is not something to be taken lightly, no matter what your political ideology is.

Quite interesting to say the least as they make some pretty good logic arguements.

Kenya didn't become a Republic until 1963 so I'm thinking this a fake.

Shame on you, Mich97c! You are destroying Zilla's liberal view of us conservatives by thinking for yourself and not getting rank and file behind any and every piece of propaganda.:D

Yeah, I'm one of those whacky kooks who feels the President should provide a basic document to ensure that he complies with the Constitution - I'm really radical like that....crazy...

You kooks actually have a name now "birthers".

First you all got together to teabag each other and now you are called birthers. Gotta love the wacko right. :D
