Ray Small and Robert Rose are back with the team. I guess whatever grade problem they had is taken care of and they should rejoin the team today. Robert Rose is a HUGE addition to the already very strong defensive line. Ray Small is one of if not the best kick returner in the Big Ten. It is not known where he will fit in right away with the WR's - but he should be the #1 returner. He is pretty far behind the rest of the WR's already so he has to play catch up and change his attitude. This is his year to shine but he will be pushed to work hard by a talented group of underclassmen.

I heard that it may not have been academics. They very well could have been in Tressels dog house again.

Small did not have any problems till his Dad moved in with him - to keep him out of trouble. Ever since Ray has been in Tressel's doghouse. The problem is that Ray's Dad see $$$$$$$. He thinks Ray is a NFL stud and should be featured in the Ohio State offense more. Ray is fast (Ted Ginn fast) but he drops passes and runs poor routes. He could not beat out Hartline or Robiski for that reason. He is good at returns because you don't need to think - you just run. I feel that one more screw up and this kid is either gone or buried so far on the bench that he would never sniff the field. If Ray was not one of Ted Ginn Sr's boys he may have been gone already. This is his last chance and he is on thin ice.

Oh my, not JT's dog house! What does that entail, besides not missing any playing time?

Boo Hoo? Why would I be sad that JT doesn't care to properly discipline his players and develop them? It doesn't bother me in the least, it should bother you. I find it amusing! Give me more...

I agree, it gives us plenty of ammo.
Quick...name me the last Buckeye starter to miss games for disciplinary reasons.
Anybody? Bueller?
