Ok I was busy on Sunday and didnt get a chance to go to AA. Michdad shared a small story about fan day and I was wondering if anyone else had any stories to tell. Any anecdotes from talking to players? Hell anything would be appreciated.

Here's the rest of the story.

I went this morning and waited in the QB line for nearly three hours with michson1. As we approached the table I was observing Tate and DRobs body language. They both looked very comfortable and confident. DRob had especially stuck out between the two of them. He's a bit larger than Tate. His hands were quite large, which is great if you're a QB. I have been saying that Tate would be the starter, but since the start of practice this summer, DRob seems to have turned a few heads to say the least. I like what I have seen in both. They both were very pleasant to talk to.

My son only wanted Tate's and DRob's autographs on his helmet and when DRob was finished with his sig he ended up passing the helmet down the row of QB's. Michson1 only wanted those two sig's. He didn't want to contaminate the helmet with non star players. LOL. It was his idea. Anyway, he ended up with Craig Roe, William Campbell, and the QB crew for the day.

I will post a few pictures tomorrow of the event.

Did not see the OSU fan there. I was in line to meet RR for 2.5 hours. Had to laugh - when my daughter gave RR the helmut to sign he said "Go Blue" - my daughter looked him back in the eye & said "Go Blue BABY!" He just laughed. He's very personable & was visibly annoyed by the overzealous security person that was rushing people through.

The O-line was joking with my son who wore a t-shirt that said, "Homework..just say no." They were teasing him & wanted to know where they could get one in XL sizes.

It was a very cool experience & we are planning to go back next year. My kids & I had a blast. I'm soooo ready for football now.
