Something I learned today from Jamie Morries today,
In Basketball, when a player announces he is going to a certain school, basketball coaches back off. If a player starts backing away from his committment, a coach will call a coach to inform them that they were contacted by their commttment.
In football, once a player committs to a certain school, than that is when all the other football coaches start calling and when a player is from the south and they are going to the Midwest, it is worse (Meyer, LSU, Big 12)

It is a dog eat dog world in football. BBall is more laid back I think.. because in bball you get more time to win. Football is a win now or your out type of deal.

Any info about him??
Ht: 6-foot-7
Wt: 272 lbs
Forty: 4.72 secs
Dad played at Minnesota.
One of the top offensive line recruits in the west. This past year was his first year on the offensive side of the ball. I guess Jake Long is his hero or something like that. He really wants to be like him and that's quite fine with me.

Yep, we just need some LB commits now. I guess we have a legit chance at Jelani Jenkins and he would thrive in our defense.

Thanks as always Rockie. If early PT is what Graves and these kids want, I don't see a better situation than UM, I mean just look at the depth chart for DT/DE, it is scary bad right now...

Yes good info Rock! Keep it coming. I was reluctant to visit here today after the bad news of the last couple of days. I didn't expect good news today, thank you my friend! Taylor is a good player at a position we can use him at. Montgomery and Jenkins would be awesome pickups along with Big Will. I can't wait for the all star games to see who commits there. Any more word on Bryce McNeal?

Honestly, I don't want to see another WR commit this year. We're looking pretty deep already, and you've got the two commits from the 2010 class already.

This is true but I would always welcome the best of the best. I see you are in Tampa. I have a sister that lives there. We are leaving the snow to go see her at the end of January. Is Bush Gardens the family place to be or do you suggest others?

I've never been to Busch Gardens, but I've heard it's nice. I hear the zoo has a really nice "Lights Before Christmas". I'll be heading up there with my girl and my sister. If you really like beaches, we've got one of the best in the entire country nearby in Siesta Key. Whitest and softest sand you'll ever step on. It's been pretty cold (for here anyway) the last few weeks, but it is warming up tomorrow and into next week. Where in Tampa are you visiting?

Not sure where in Tampa. Her and her husband bought a new house and I have never seen it. They are picking us up at the airport. Siesta Key sounds like a great beach. Thanks!

He's supposed to be pretty good. I think RR is a great recruiter. I think once we get back on our winning ways he will get a lot more 5 stars wanting to come here.
