I think he was actually Domonique Hixon's backup and Steve Smith is the guy who took over Amani's duties. Al Michael's actually said something about how Steve Smith has become the new Amani Toomer for the giants. I would say Dennis Dixon is in trouble for a starting position on his return from his injury because both receivers are playing so well.
