I read somewhere that Okl is the first 2-2 team to be ranked since Sept 2003 when FL split their first two games. As in 2003, where FL lost closely to a highly ranked Miami team (after leading 33-10 in the fourth qtr) and a low scoring affair to a ranked Tennesse team, OKL has lost two games by 1 point to two ranked teams. Moreover, they lost without their Heisman winning QB, arguably the best TE in the country, and their best WR (in the Miami game). Gresham won't be back, but the return of Bradford and Broyles(sp?) would improve their team. Trying to be objective, the two loses OKL has suffered still doesn't convince me that there are 25 other teams in the country that are really better than them. I'm no OKL fan, but I think the pollsters got it right. I guarantee you that OKL could still take down about half of the Top 25.
