First of all, let me say that MSU outplayed Michigan and deserved the win on Saturday. This is not an attempt to diminish that accomplishment in any way. In fact, they traditionally give Michigan tough games. However, here's a funny article on the media's repeated claims over the years that MSU is a program "on the rise" despite the lack of any real improvement in their program.

MSU was the victor in a game that was played against two mediocre teams - that's all.

UM 4-1
tuos 4-1
I guess tuos is mediocre as well (losing to a team that lost to Washington that lost to ND that UM beat, I like UM's chances Nov 21).
Nut, once a douche always a douche still suckin on tressy's willy.

Except for Florida and Alabama, every team in all of college football has looked mediocre this year. There is no one that has been impressive at all.

Finally an explanation for OSUNUT's baseless comments. He has brain damage.
You do know that the more you call Michigan Mediocre the better it is going to feel for us when you lose in the Big House this year. Ann Arbor will have one of the biggest parties in 6 years thanks to OSU. The other Mediocre team in the big ten. By the way, good luck against Purdue. I have you guys losing that game.
Wait a minute. You didn't go to OSU did you. Where did you go to college Walmart Buckeye?

Nut,
Please explain how your comment has anything to do with the topic of this thread, which has nothing to do with Saturday's game.

Just like many of you guys had Indiana beating us because they pushed you guys around. Not only will Tressel have Ohio State ready to play in AA - like he always does. I'm sure the Buckeyes are dying to get a crack at that steller Michigan defense - by then Tate should be holding a clipboard with a sling on.

Never once did I wish, pray or hope for a kid to get injured. I just happen to think that the kid takes way to much punishment and the Michigan offensive line was exposed against MSU. If MSU could get to tate and hit him - what will PSU, Iowa, OSU and others do to him.
I hope to God he does play in AA against the Buckeyes - this way you guys won't be say what if and we would of if - when we beat your asses. I want to see Ohio State knock you guys around when your at your best.

OK, I know I'm no hail victors pick'em winner but check out my post on 10/5/09. Too bad I wasn't in Vegas but to tell you the truth the outcome was better than money in my pocket. OSU lost to Purdue (who rushed the field as I celebrated) by 8 points, coincidentally, what MSU and IOWA combined beat us with.
OSU: Goodbye Sneaking bass ackward into the Nat'l championship like last year, goodbye Big Ten Title, goodbye win streak against Michigan. You are coming into the Big House this year. This year Rich Rod solidifies his Mich Man status by doing something Carr couldn't. Welcome to the big house bithces!!!!!!:D:eek
Yeah, I know but you didn't believe my prediction against Purdue either

Now if I can help you to master the English language, maybe it will help you to better understand Football!

This year every single team in the big ten is mediocre. Do you actually believe OSU is elite in any way? OSU's lost to purdue was Purdue as a victor in a game against one overrated team that is mediocre, and one poor team that pulled off an upset. Let's not kid ourselves. Everything we say on here is all relative to the SEC and Big 12. You of all people should know that - what is JT's record in Bowl Games against these schools?:D
