Finally something we can agree on.

It is funny to see people in this area who over the last few years were big OSU fans become UC fans overnight because they went to a BCS bowl and are now undefeated and in the top 5. As I've been saying for years, Ohio fans are bandwagon jumpers. I see it all the time with the pro sports and its the same with the Buckeyes. When Coop was here they were all sadsack woes is us fans or didn't care, but win a NC and suddenly there were Buckeye fans everywhere you turned.

Anyways, plenty of room on the UC bandwagon. Jump on board, I've been here since the Rick Minter days (although I couldn't stand Dumbtonio).

I will just applaud from the sidelines, thank you all the same.

P.S. My post was done tongue in cheek.

Funny how you guys constantly crack on UC. Who is undefeated and ranked in the top 5? Can't you just enjoy the success of another Ohio university?

C'mon Wolvrin, that would be like asking a UM fan to enjoy MSU's success, or vice versa. Not saying that it doesn't happen though!

Not quite the same. Different conferences, and around here in Cincy its common for people to be Bearcat fans for basketball and Buckeye fans for football. Or at least thats the way it was when Huggins was here but the popularity has waned as the teams fortunes have. Most people are still UC fans for basketball but because they're not as good as they used to be they have become casual fans much like they do with the Reds.

Yes, yes, I can enjoy Cincy's success...while Tressel pounds a stake right through my heart with what he is doing to my Buckeyes. Go Bearcats!:D

Thanks for enlightening me, I didn't know that's the way it worked down there. Maybe things would change if the two teams started playing each other? I think it might create a good rivalry...I mean they are the biggest two schools in Ohio, aren't they?

It would seem to be a natural rivalry I would say.
