Has anyone seen Paranormal Activity?

I heard this movie is scary as hell and that people were walking out of the theatre it was so scary. I usually don't watch these types of scary movies anymore, but I'm sort of curious cause of the thrill.

Has anyone seen this movie?

Is it pretty scary?

Would you recommend it?

I saw it the other day. Most people do get scared, and it has some effective parts. I've never been the scared type, and this one didn't change that, FWIW. I didn't mind the money I spent on it.

Also, note to all: if your chick comes with ghost-type baggage, DUMP THAT BITCH!!!

I saw it a while ago and I did not think it was very good. It reminded me of the Blair Witch Project, a movie that I absolutely hate! But you really should form your own opinion of it.

With that said, I manage a movie theatre and we did find a few people crying in their seat after the movie. Hopefully that won't be you goblue!

P.S. Has anyone commented about the calls in the Minny - MSU game? It seems like Sparty got screwed by the refs in that one...

That last play was total b/s, I'm still kind of mad about it. I thought that if a player caught the ball, took two full steps, then hit the ground and THEN the ball came out, that he was down! I don't know what they were smoking on that play.

Something needs to be done because they were calling plenty of things that were just not there. Minnesota had something like 16 penalties??? I think the refs blew the game for both teams with lousy calls all night.
