I will take Tressel over that guy you have in AA. How is your all world coach doing ? What bowl game will you guys be getting ready for ? Would I like to see a few cahnges made to the staff - yes. But not with Tressel. All he does is win Big Ten Championships and Michigan games - how can you not like him. Unless you are a Michigan fan.

The guy you say sucks - owns Michigan and is light years better then your boy RR. Enjoy the off season and the bowl season.

So if OSU having the season they did makes you happy you can imagine how happy I am with Michigan's season. It's going to be an unHappy year for you next season....Pryor in his junior year with all the other offensive stars returning...I can't wait!!!

yeah there are a lot of them out there. They expect a perfect season every year. My dad is one of them. They shut up though when you ask who they want to hire. If RR has another unsuccessful season it will drive the point home that they should be happy with who they have.

I personally like JT as he represents the university well. I would like to see a key assistant coach hire in the off season with the offense or oline but for the most part am happy with his performance.

Exactly, if RR can attain even close to what JT has done at OSU I will be ecstatic. Much as I dislike OSU and JT I do respect him for the job he has done. Tressel IMO is a very good to great coach.....but he's got to quit micromanaging his coaching staff. Go out and hire some quality people and give them them the resources and trust to do their jobs.

Thanks for explaining the co-DC, while I can see doing it to keep the guy there doesn't it hurt a bit in Heacock may be feeling some insecurity? From an honest outside view JT really needs to do the following....

1. Let Heacock go and make Fickell the DC and hre a guy to backfill his LB coach spot.
2. Hire an OC whose sole responsibility is to be an OC.
3. Hire a real QB coach and give up trying to micromanage that job too.
4. Fire the OL coach and hire a good one.

That brings up an interesting question. Are there limits in the NCAA for how many coaches and coordinators a team can have?
