Amen to that. I have all faith that it will happen in the next three year. I am sick and tired of people berating a coach whom arrived less than 2 full years ago! The problems we are seeing have been boiling under the surface for years! and yes they have been exasperated by FINALLY making a coaching change and the new schemes that have come with it.

We are Michigan, and we will be back on top again, the trick now is to maintain our class and show patience as we go through the transition.

GO BLUE.

What cracks me up is that the OSU fans think we have a roster right now that could compete with theirs. The biggest difference is that we have little to show for our Junior and Senior classes on the field. Besides Graham, Schilling and always hurt Carlos Brown and Brandon minor the rest of the juniors and seniors flat out stink. Most of the time it is either a true freshman or sophomore making the play if the play is made at all. Many of these guys if our roster was in reasonable condition when LC left would not be seeing the field this early and the juniors and seniors seeing playing time might be going the way of johnny sears. Often this year the playcalling has been right just no one there who could make the tackle or db blown assignment no where to be found. After the Penn State game I was pissed and dissapointed with the coaching staff but lately I think I have begun to grasp just what the problem is and that is we have a team made up of freshman and sophomores with little to no depth anywhere. Our OL injuries along with TF injuries, Junior Hemingway, Darryl Stonum, Carlos Brown, Brandon Minor and injuries to many other really put the nail in the coffin by the time the Iowa game was through. We are all just going to have to be patient because it may take 2 more seasons till we have a roster that is not so effected by these problems. Sure we looked great opening day but that was with a healthy team. We need to get to the point where on the defensive line we can rotate 6 or 7 big bodies all day long. We just don't have that but it is coming so till then hang in there and go blue! There is a silver lining in all of this. We saw on saturday that JT cannot coach top talent at OSU. Looks very much like a LC led Michigan. Pretty sad that OSU could not blow out an injured 5 win Michigan team. I feel sorry for them come bowl season when reality sinks in. Once our roster is stocked the way OSU's is it should be back to the yearly OSU beatdowns that took place in the 80's and 90's

OSU beat Michigan by 11 literally with one hand tied behind it's back. Everyone in the stadium knew the Buckeyes weren't going to (and couldn't with any consistency) pass in the second half and the hapless wolverines couldn't take advantage. Now that's sad and Michigan was the team that deserves your pity.

Literally? Don't you mean "figuratively"? Moron!

Those hapless Wolverines that you're so fond of disparaging were being led by a TRUE FRESHMAN QB, that has an AC injury that has hampered his down-field passing ability since the IU game. Call it sad if you want, but it's football, and Tate played like a warrior, and will not forget the humiliation of losing to OSU at home. It will fester in his mind, and will fuel his off season workouts, his preparation for next season, and ever snap that he takes leading up to The Game next year!

Laugh it up while you can, because there's a train a comin' -- it's building up speed and momentum slowly at first, but will soon be chugging down hill at a breakneck speed, and OSU and all it's mindless supporters are sitting on the tracks!

Go Blue!

I remember another player who led his team to a championship game one year as a freshman and was utterly humiliated. The following year he led his team to win it all because of that humiliation. Can UM do the same?

BTW, I am speaking of Bobby Hurley and the Duke Blue Devils. And no we don't need any trolls pointing out the obvious that UM wasn't in a championship.

we will , but i guess the 45,000 fans who sold tickets to ohio state dont feel that way , i listened to jerry hanlans audio talking about the gap between osu and michigan , he said the gap is not as big as you think and most of that is young players and depth at a few positions , we dont have the senior leadership it takes for young guys to watch and learn , instead they are thrust into action b4 they are ready, he did repeat who disapointing it was to see all those osu people in the stands and said the last time somthing like that happend was in 1969, he also said true michigan fans dont sell tickets because their team isnt winning games , the whole idea is to support the team ,thick and thin, his talk radio show is pretty good , this guy knows his football and believes michigan isnt that far away from being very good./

Yes, figuratively. Good correction English/grammar teacher. With that said, Ohio State could have beaten this year's Michigan team with one hand tied behind it's back.

Blue in Ohio "felt sorry" for OSU for barely beating the lowly wolverines and I'll say it again: UM is the team that should be pitied. I don't know if RichRod is going to be the one to bring UM back where it belongs but I know this- If Carr had never left, they'd have at least made a bowl game the last two years. pathetic

They aren't that far. Hell, they weren't that far this past year. With a mediocre defense, that '09 team wins 9 games.

...I know this- If Carr had never left, they'd have at least made a bowl game the last two years.

How do you know shirc? Are you clairvoyant? Actually, you'd have to be something other than a seer to KNOW this because those with ESP can see the past, and/or the future, but cannot see the eventualities that would play out if things had been different than they were. That is like "Back to the Future" type stuff -- if you mess up your mom and dad falling in love in high school you'll never be born in the present -- boggles the mind.

I am sick of all the moronic speculation concerning what would have happened, or not happened, had Carr remained the head coach. NOBODY KNOWS what would have happened, and it's irrelevant to even SPECULATE. Maybe they would have been better, maybe they would have been even worse. Maybe they would have gone to a bowl, maybe they wouldn't have. What is pathetic is that you, and others, try to pass off such blatant speculation as football knowledge and feel the infantile need to continually come in here and spew your nonsense.

Stick to topics that you can prove, or go the fuck away!

Oh shut your cakehole. All you HailVictors minions speculate on how Cincy is the "best in Ohio" now because your wolverines can't beat the buckeyes. I'll speculate on whatever the hell I want and you'll like it.

I do have a fetish for middle aged obese bass players in crappy cover "bands".

Oh, and we're not saying Cincy is better than uos because UM hasn't beaten them in few years. We're saying Cincy is better than uos because Cincy is better than uos.
