Congrats Hawks, it was looking like Iowa was going to give the game away but the defense clamped down and Stanzi took care of business. Also I dont care what anyone says, I liked that fake field goal, I thought it was a good call.

Great game Hawks!

I did not have a problem with the fake field goal because if they failed Georgia Tech would get the ball inside their 10 year line. Michigan State did the same thing vs. Texas Tech. I do wonder if Iowa would have had a better chance of making the touchdown if they had just run a fourth down play at that point. Gimmick plays work for Boise State in big games butthey don't seem to work for anybody else.

Another over hyped offensive guru gets snuffed out by Big Ten defensive football. Only 7 friggin points, I loved it.:)

hawks you guys were the most dominating team from our confrenece in this years bowls , i gotta hand it to you you guys have a great coaching staff and kids with a lot of heart , congrats and thanks . we needed it. that d is special, i cant think of your d/ends name but he just might be the best in the big10 what a beast.

Strange...I heard the Iowa fans are saving them for Michigan now, since you guys are unable to defend yourselves.;)
