Good and bad stuff on the horizon.
I rather deal with POSSIBLE bad news first so here it is.
Maybe it was or wasn't already mentioned somewhere on these posts but I don't have time to sift through a thousand posts. It appears that Michigan commit DeQuinta Jones is on the verge of decommitting. We knew he was taking more visits. He is now saying that Michigan is "among his leaders". It is reported that his mother would like him closer to home. It is also speculated that Pearlie Graves could follow. Both are considered soft commits.
Once Michigan starts winning next season I think recruits will be beating down the doors to get in. Thats just the way it is with many kids today.

The good news, much of it already discussed in the old recruiting roundup post is on the visits. To add to it, Sam Montgomery says we are two steps above anyone else so far but he will wait to see after taking all of his visits.
All in all, I think we had a great showing to the recruits this past weekend. Hopefully it will bear fruit soon.
Signing day can't get here fast enough, my poor heart can't take much more of this decommit garbage.
I wonder if Hall was serious with him saying that it was Michigan, tuos and Miami in that order. We will find out on signing day.

It will be nice for signing day to get here. I am getting tired of the drama.

Nothing surprising here, Jones has always been a soft commit, and so has Graves. I still think we end up with at least one of them, and one other (c'mon SamM). Drama is tiring, but face it, we don't know what goes on between coaches and recruits, so its hard to say whether the coaches know and are expecting this, and have a plan.

If they are not sure they want to play for Michigan then why do they waste Michigan's time committing? Michigan needs to go after some men who are good for their word and want to play for Michigan. This bullshit of committing and decommitting is getting old. What's wrong with young people these days? I hope Michigan was smart enough to be recruiting while these guys were making up their minds if they wanted to play for Michigan or not. Losing didn't stop Notre dame from signing the talent. Heck they can't even develope it and the recruits keep coming.

Someone refresh my memory please...

What day is signing day again?

I have never paid much attention to recruiting, but this year is obviously different, so... sorry for my ignorance.:o
