Totally classy. I guess they do hate you more then we do. I even saw a guy predict 3 wins - ouch. Its pretty obvious that us Buckeye fans are not the only ones that enjoy seeing Michigan struggle.

It's similar to the number of rivals Michigan has - which was a topic discussed over the summer. Though the last two years have been tough for Michigan football - these three schools ALWAYS have a bulls eye on Michigan - Ohio State, Michigan State, and ND. Other confernce schools that keep us in the cross hairs include Penn State and Illinois.

I think that OSU has one major rival and that's Michigan.

What a classy group there representing MSU very well. I like how in one of the posts a Spartan says Michigan is classless because someone on mgoblog said Dantonio is a douche. Take a look at that thread where your own are laughing at a player's injury. In the past couple weeks two UCONN starters on defense got hurt and will miss the game against Michigan, and all I saw was Michigan fans saying that it does help our chances, but always say it is a shame to see and wish for full recovery. Show me one UM fan laughing at those injuries or any other injuries in the past. Even the trolls on here have a little class when it comes to injuries.

I always put the MSU rivalry on the backburner in the past because I never had to deal with their fans here in Ohio, but I really can't wait to kick their ass now.

Don't kid yourself. When your the top dog in the conference, a Top 10 team every year and one of the most tradition rich schools in football - you have a bullseye on you every time you walk on the field. The Buckeyes get every teams best shot every week. Do you honestly think teams only get pumped up to play Michigan. It would mean a hell of a lot more to a program to knock off Ohio State then it would to knock off Michigan. Even though Michigan is down - Ohio State is still focused on you. Yesterday (Tues 8/17) the Buckeyes finished the last 10mins like they always do - working on something for the Michigan game. The only difference was your fight song was blaring overhead. As long as Tressel is at Ohio State we will NEVER let up or lose focus on Michigan - no matter how many times he has beaten you in the past. That is why Buckeyes fans like him so much - we are all on the same page.

Yeah I got that same impression. It's actually rather sad. I mean we have a rivalry with some pretty immature, ignorant, and classless fans. The Michigan State rivalry will never be anything like the Ohio State rivalry. Unlike Michigan State, in tOSU rivalry, both schools hate each other, but are still respectful and for the most part classy. I cannot say the same for MSU. But thats the culture there in East Lansing. But some things will never change.
