I read this piece of writing from ESPN: http://espn.go.com/blog/bigten/post/_/id/14776/practice-nuggets-from-michigan.

What I find interesting is this - the writer, Adam Rittenberg, is writing about the Big 10 Special and coverage of Michigan. My question is - why doesn't Rosenberg GO to a practice, WATCH Michigan for himself, and make HIS comments about the team, instead of restating exactly what DiNardo and others in the program said.

This drives me crazy. And, my remarks are not because it's Michigan (and I love Michigan) - Rittenberg writes about the Big 10 - it's fall camp - he should actually do something novel and see ALL the teams himself - and write his OWN opinions instead of restating those of others.

I think he would do that if he EVER played a lick of football in his life. Judging by the looks of things, Adam was on the chess team and doesn't know squat about football other than reading books and watching games. The Big Ten Network crew aren't that stellar either but at least they were involved in the sport throughout their lives. I can't speak for Adam on that one...
