Congrats to Santonio Holmes for leading the Pittsburgh Steelers to their sixth Super Bowl title. It's great to see a Buckeye as the MVP of the biggest football game played every year. Go Bucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great night for the Steelers and also a wonderful night for the Buckeye Nation. It seems SO many players forget their college roots once they join the NFL, but Santonio continued to talk about "THE" Ohio State University, even after he won the MVP.
Holmes is definitely a fantastic Buckeye who is going to represent the University well for the rest of his career.

Santonio continued to talk about "THE" Ohio State University, even after he won the MVP.
And in doing so turned one of my friends, who only watched the super bowl every year, into an uos hating UM fan who now cares about college football. He kept asking things like, "What kind of pompous ASS has to add THE in front of a school? How arrogant do you have to be??"
Thanks for the arrogance, welcome another to the maize and blue fold!

The name of the institution is "The Ohio State University." What else is Santonio supposed to call it?

He should say "the" then, not "THEE" which is how every ass from uos pronounces it.
"Do they speak English in what??"

Wow! Talk about being under the microscope. Now we have to be careful how we pronounce the name of our own university. It's lonely at the top guys!

If being under the microscope means knowing the difference between easy, simple pronunciations of some of the most basic english words, then yes, you are "under the microscope."

At the top? We aren't talking about Fl, USC, LSU or Texas.

You guys must be proud to have a drug dealer representing your team.

Lonely at the top??? Top of what? The only thing OSU can do is beat teams in the big ten, so what. You scored 9 points against USC and Penn State!
We at Michigan know we curently suck, but would you OSU fans please understand that you all are nothing but mediocre with the good fortune of playing in a weak conference.

imagine that, they give it to an offensive player when it was woodley playing lights out and the one who really secured the win. so congratulations to not only a great player in woodley, but an actual stand up person and the true MVP of the game.

I thought that Breaston played pretty well for Arizona also. Woodley did play a great game and is going to be a force for many years to come. I don't think Woodley makes that catch, and without it,Woodley's near sack to cause the fumble wouldn't have happened. Holmes is not exactly a choir boy, that's for sure, but he is a great player and he did make the big play when it counted most. I like seeing ALL Big Ten players play well at the next level.
