I watched a fair amount of the Masters over the weekend, and though Rory McIlroy struggled on the last nine - I was very impressed with how he handled himself throughout the tournament. It seems like he's got a bright future in front of him - and I'll be rooting for him in the future.

I'm not a fan of Tiger Woods, though - to his credit - he really came out of the gate strong on the front nine on Sunday - stronger than I expected he would. It does seem like Tiger's doing some things right - but, he only took advantage of and scored on the back nine in the second round.

Overall, it was as exciting of a golf tournament as I've watched in a long time - I'm hoping that the other three majors this year bring as much excitement.

It was tough to watch McIlroy fall apart on 10. You are right about how impressive he was throughout the tournament, and also how he handled himself after it ended. I too am not a big Tiger fan, but you cannot not be excited when he gets rolling. There is just a completely different vibe when he is on top of his game.

It is kind of funny how nobody is talking about the winner of the Masters, Charl Schwartzel. He finished as strong as you can with four birdies to finish it up. It's all about how Tiger showed he still has it, and how Rory fell apart on the last 9 holes.
