Michigan State - 2010 Big 10 outright champions?

Let's assume for this thread that tsio has their 2010 season vacated, removing them from the co-championship. This leaves MSU and Wisconsin tied, except that MSU beat them, so would they then become the outright champs for 2010?

There will be all kinds of interesting what-ifs around the TCU/Wiscy game is this proves true. I don't know NCAA rules on this though, would they go and take Wiscy's title stuff from them?

Has anything like this happened before in CFB?

They won't go back and award MSU an outright championship. I think the only school affected by vacated wins is the school being punished - not their opponents. UM won't suddenly be 8-5 or something.
