Well you can't get every kid in state. Some are just going to fall through the cracks because there just aren't enough spots to go around. :)

Burbridge didn't have a committable offer from UM because his grades made Tate's look like a Rhodes Scholar's. MSU did not win this one, Burbridge just couldn't get his grades up enough to be looked at by UM's admissions.
