As some know, I lost a bet to Sten last year in which in order to pay up, I had to read a book of his choosing and then submit a report on it to the board here at Hail Victors. Well, when I placed that bet, I was just a dude with a wife, job, and a dog, so committing to read book was no big deal. However, since the bet transpired I became a father and being a parent is awesome - way better than everything else I've ever done in my life.
Now, I have no desire, or little time if I did desire, to read a book about the Federal Reserve. I've wanted to stay off the boards until I could submit my report but as the start of football nears, I want to come back even though I haven't "paid up". I'm asking Sten for an act of clemency to rejoin the board and end my exile. If you want, I'll vote for Ron Paul in the primary next spring if that would suffice. I await Sten's decision and will abide by his ruling.
