Ugly, Ugly game. Why does CJ Lee start again? Kelvin Grady was the starting PG the first half of the season and I thought he did pretty well. Atleast he was somewhat of a scoring threat once in a while.

Game going into OT....CJ Lee had 2 turnovers in the last 2 possesions we had in the game when we could have made N'western put us on the line to ice the game. Manny has been a beast this 2nd half and Simms has been non-existent.

Very competitive game, a must win for tourney viability.

I think Lee has been overall a very good spark for this team. He did have a few bad turnovers, but made some clutch free throws to put the game away as well.

This team desperately needs that big man presence, hopefully Cronin will be that guy next year.

I do not like Lee because he is not a scoring threat at all. Oh well, we got the win, it was not pretty but a win is a win. We do lack the presense of a big man in the paint, we have 2 guys 6'10" and larger but neither of them played this season. I think Cronin got injured and is red-shirting, I forget who the other guys name is. We have another good recruiting class coming in, a
3* who is 6'10" I think and we are recruiting another big man. This team should be really good and ready to compete for a Big10 championship next season with Manny, DeShawn, Novak, Douglas and the incoming class stepping in. With some size inside the paint, we should improve greatly.

Tough win, but can we officially say Big Ten basketball is generally boring as hell? Its the lowest scoring league, and the one that gets away with the most fouls. Sure, its physical and tough, hardnosed bball, but we aren't exactly playing football here, why do we have broken bones and concussions? No wonder UM and most Big Ten teams play so much better OOC.

Do you think there's any chance of Harris going to the NBA next year? Or is he for sure coming back? If he's back next year, UM will be very competitive...

Manny would be very stupid if he jumped to the NBA...he is not ready.

Plus we need him next year if we are going to compete for the Big10 and the right to dance...

iv'e read that DeShawn Sims projects into the NBA better than Manny. i don't see it or agree with it except that sims is a bit bigger and has more of an inside game, whereas manny doesnt have the handle to play 2 in the pros. just my 2 cents.

but no, he won't leave after this year and Probably not after next year either.
