Good article. I think his statement speaks volumes about some of the problems last year:

"After the Ohio State loss and the seniors had been dismissed, it felt like the underclassman realized that it was time to get down to business," said Mealer.

You have to think that the unity in this program will only get better as the Carr guys graduate or move on.

Great kid. Met him after the NW game last year. Looking forward to seeing him play.

Not just a great kid he is an Awesome kid. I really hope he gets his chance on Saturdays. I dont think its going to be this season but in 2010 I want to see him on that field.

To come back from tragedy like that, losing your girl and your dad on christmas eve, sutaining a serious shoulder injury that could cost you your career in football, watching your kid brother permanently in a wheelchair as a constant reminder of that terrible day...
And you still got the balls and the dick to stand up, care for your brother, fight back against the injuries and play for a major college team. And be classy doing it!
