As the draft is approaching, what do you think would be the best decision for the Lions to make with their 1st overall pick? I would like to see them trade it away for Jay Cutler and get Denver's 1st round pick, but I'm not sure if the Broncos would be willing to do that. That way, the Lions will still have 2 First Round Picks to use for O-line and defense.

From what I hear, the Lions love Stafford. Therefore, option 1 can be thrown out as the best given the Lions think so. I would have rather them got a somewhat young QB and drafted other positions but that would be rational. Oh well.

really though , the lions never do anything right, has anyone ever thought if the greenbay packers hadnt taken tony steroid manderich, do you think the lions would have takin barry . you almost have to believe they would have took their home boy, the detroit lions just make bad dicisions every year.. i dont think 10 first round picks would help that team, i grew up there and gave up a long time ago , THEY DIED IN 1957..

If they draft another qb then they deserve the failure they get.

Doesnt matter who they draft the person is fated to a bizzare death or a Superbowl ring with another team.
Either way this pick and draft will in no way help the team in anyway.
