Im glad that Red Berenson signed on to coach for another year. I dont expect him to coach for much longer but I dont want to see him go. I have so much respect and admiration for him and it will really suck balls the day he leaves

I can't even imagine anyone else being the HC. Who do you think takes over once he leaves? UM hockey is like USC football, there will be no dearth of stellar applicants, but do you think they promote from within? The assistant coaches have been pretty steady and worked with Red for years, I wouldn't really mind if they can keep the program performing the way it has.

over the last few years red has been a delegater so i think it is a done deal that they hire from within
