This is awesome! As soon as tickets become available I am all over that shit. It is going to be amazing to be able to see a hockey game played at Michigan Stadium. To hear the fans chant C-Ya after a penalty or ugly goalie. I cant wait it is going to be unbelievable

We're gonna set a hockey game record, I bet we get 100k plus!! Not to mention that earlier in the year UM-Wisc will play in Camp Randall. 2010 is gonna be a great year for college hockey!

They were also trying to get the Wings to play there the next day since everything will be set up and all. It'll be the Second Cold War.

There's another article in the FREEP that says tha Babcock has always wanted to play an outdoor game in Detroit. Since there seems to be interest on both sides, maybe we'll see some discussions in the near future about that. That'd be something I'd want to go to for sure!
