i have nothing against fans of other schools being here because it shows the respect you obviously have for our school and athletic department. it is another thing entirely when you hijack every thread to talk about something completely off topic.

He thinks the ignore button works good enough but it doesnt do anything when other people see their comments still and thats all they do is fire back at the trolls. I have yet to see one post stay on topic.

Pretty sure hes not a buckeye fan...just fed up with the fuckeye fans that find necessary to ruin every thread by turning it into a OSU superiority thread. and hes not alone, ignoring them doesnt work.

I agree that this board has by far the most lax rules of any forum I'm on but thats the way editor chooses to run it. I've suggested mods to help police the place, I'd even go for non-UM fans to fill a spot or 2. But if anyone wants a better site they will eithe hvae to find one or make one because I doubt this one will change.

Personally I just take a sabbatical now and then to get away from the troll craziness.

im going to calmly answer you. i didnt even read your post cause its the same garbage you always spew, but when we have a discussion regarding michigan football and even things that dont, you and others like you hijack the thread and turn it into something completely unrelated 100% of the time. I understand you are REALLY immature which is fine, im over it. But some people do need to be brought down to check we arent gonna win an NC this year your right. But you know what, Id rather be a UM fan than an OSU fan right now. Our future is bright, yours has been the same every year: do good in the big ten, and make fools of the bigten EVERY time you play a good team outside of it. So keep saying the same thing that makes up everyone of your pathetic amount of posts, i think people get your point even tho your rarely have a logical one. I think OSU fans are good on this site to keep people grounded, you however are a child, you prove it everyday. Sorry to see you go. The hijacking has gotten to be way out of control on this site. I respect other points of view but almost every thread there is some type of hack just to fire everyone up and get a childish fight going. If I wanted an argument I would go and try to convince my daughter that the Jonas Brothers suck......now that would be a brawl. I guess like most on here I don't understand the logic of trolling or hijacking threads. I am a huge Red Wings fan but have never had the urge to go and post on a Colorado Avalanche site just to rub in the state of their team. The saddest part of all of this is that the ones who do it are feeling some sort of accomplishment for having driven you away.

I've thought of leaving as well, may do so. I don't mind the troll posts, sometines they are even amusing, just can't understand why after one troll post there are dozens of UM fans keeping the flames of the post alive. Just ignore these guys and return to discussing M football. It's not hard to do. They can't hijack the thread if we don't allow it to happen.

Common fans! Sticks and stones.....So what if trolls post crap. You are bigger than that. Banning people just doesn't sound right. If you want to hear only what you want, I guess O.K. You also want to ban nuts, sparties or badgers from the big house? That way, you won't hear any dissention.

I agree with freedom of speech, even that which I consider dumb. I posted a question about RR, and a couple of regulars didn't want to hear "old stuff". One asked the editor to can it! Again, I uphold your right to disagree with me, and call my thread dumb, or whatever. I don't wish to ban your response, and I welcome it.

When I played sports competitively (semi-pro soccer in Euro) I know one thing. If I ever intended to "send a message", or pay back an opponent, I never advertised it. I just did it. Usually, those who yelled "I am going to kick your arse" didn't do it.


Likewise, if you are not posting again, or leaving the site, then "just do it" you don't need permission. Sounds more like a whine to me.

lastly, I appreciate the editor. The site is extremely technically sound and so friendly to navigate. I got it you want everything to go your way. We all want that, but life is not that way.

Sorry for being out of line - as Michigan fans, it is unfortunate that we are optimistic about our team and coach. We should all just come in here and bash Michigan because a Walmart Buckeye troll doesn't want us to speak positively about our team...

What everyone Michigan Football fan needs to remember is that this is the worst time of the year for a Michigan football fan. The recruiting season is behind us and Spring ball hasn't started yet, the board slows down and the infighting begins.

I know that I have been posting way less on here for that very reason. It doesn't matter how good or bad that Michigan does, the trolls and the anti-RR will always find something to rip on Michigan about. It just gets old when they can add nothing of substance to a post.
