Got to the love the head of the RNC says his true feelings on abortion and then is put back in his place and changes his song. Flip flop flip flop flip flop.
Got to love a party that has an obese pill lover as its leader. 2012 is gonna be great. Dems should pickup another dozen seats in both houses.

Not after this stimulus debacle -I hate to be the one to break it to you, but earmarks to research honey bees and pig odors are not going to turn this economy around. Congress goes back to being red in 2010.

I really, really doubt this is going to happen. Perhaps you have insight that I don't. And, even one Senate seat - particularly the next one that could bring 60 Dems in the Senate - is huge.
RealSchool - do you know what 60 Senate seats means to a party?
And, why do you think the next mid-term election will generate results so different from historical record?

Don't ask me a question like what does 60 seats mean. Basic question that I am sure will confuse others but not me. Nice try however.

RealSchool,
Please answer the question, what does 60 seats mean to you? You spout drivel and fail to provide any substantive points to support your view. I'm beginning to think you've been "Schooled" by some of the trolls out here who just try to create havoc.
If you have a point of view - state it and defend it. Don't just sling mud at comments others make and insinuate they are unfounded.

59 means the dems must involve the cavemen or a fillibuster can occur. 60 means the cavemen go on Fox News and complain because thankfully they have zero voice.
Simple.

Are you trying to say 60 seats = fillibuster-proof majority for the Dems?

Your UM at the D is really showing in this thread. Historically, the president's party loses seats after his election. Plus the democrats have some real nut jobs they are trying to get re-elected. I mean Pelosi, the mother of Michael Jackson's children. 2010 won't have hope and change, so a lot of voters won't turn out. Also, 60 seats in the senate allows cloture. I'm sure you understand that. Running against a democrat at the moment should be easy, I mean bring up taxes, government payrates, that should piss off normal americans. Even so, congress races are within the state, so you won't have california tainting kentucky's vote. Change is coming my friend, just not Obama's.

Being a Republican is now a punch line, so good luck in 2010. Thanks for your service to our country however. HA HA

Got to love a liberal who finds obesity and addiction as a means for derision.
How compassionate.
