Anyone else watch the hockey game last night? Big brother put a nice blistering on Lil' Bro. We'll see what happens tonight when the game is played in E. Lansing..

We needed that, big Lil Bro is pathetic this year, and we've been pretty mediocre so far. Here is hoping this is the start of something good.

I don't know what happened last night, I wasn't able to watch the game because I was at work. But, geez, what the hell happened to State this year??

Ugh, it hasn't been a good week for me. Finals coming up, working a lot, and all my teams keep losing. Add another Lions loss tomorrow, this week keeps getting worse and worse. Hopefully they get it together, cause hockey's one of the better rivalries we (as in MSU and UM) have.

Michigan 5 MSU 3. Actually the game was pretty good, the 5th goal was an empty netter. MSU lead 3-2 until midway through the 3rd.

MSU has a ton of freshman starting this year and almost no senior leadership. I'm not sure what the recruiting strategy was in having it that lopsided.

MSU should be a lot better next year and back to seriously challenging for an NC in 2 years, IMO.

Glad to see you're still here MM.

Is this years team finally starting to gel? They've been very inconsistent up until this week.

Thanks - I sort of stayed away until the terrorist threat was handled by Ed...lol.

I think that Red lost faith in Sauer, and has been starting Hogan a lot (he got both starts against MSU). Hopefully these games will give them momentum for the remainder of the season.

I really thought Sauer would come on strong this year. What do you think the problem is?
