William Galston was there today wearring his Michigan attire and rooting for the Big Blue. What that means I don't know, but it has to be positive at worst. Can't verify this, but I also heard that Big Will recommitted. Once I get a solid info, I will pass this on

Good news, it would be a huge get for us to sign that kid.

William Gholston? He's supposedly almost an MSU commit, so getting him would be huge.

Maybe Big Will was talking UM up to the youngster. Telling him he could be the next Woodley. Gholston would be a huge get for UM.

Getting a re-commitment from Will could give this team some momentum on the recruiting trail.

Read this on mgoblog about the UM/Duke BBall game:

So after the game, all the students rushed the court and started chanting "it's great to be a michigan wolverine". I turn around, and who do I see next to me? Will Campbell, joining along in the cheering (Dude is huge!). Before I had a chance to say anything, the person next to me asks Will if he is coming to Michigan. Will just smiles and nods his head "yeah". There was another recruit next to Will joining in the cheering, too.

The other guy there was Gholston. All of this was confirmed by TomVH.

This is good news. Making the pead of my hecker hard!

Go Blue!

I was thinking after the Duke game...wishfully maybe....NC's in B-ball and football in two years? It could happen. Would make WVU shiat in their panties, too.

We sound solid for Campbell, but I'm still skeptical about Gholston. We appear to be in 3rd behind MSU and OSU (He's supposed to have actually visited some of their recruiting boards). Hopefully this visit changed that though, because we need to get these top instate recruits. It looks like Michigan might have some good upper-end talent this year.

It would be nice to get Gholston, but I haven't seen anything on any of the boards that seems more then rumor. I would like to hear from Scouts or Rivals about Campbell.

I don't see Gholston going to OSU. I think MSU might be a slight lead but U-M is still in there big. We have time to work on him.
I was glad U-M beat Duke with all of the recruits here. The atmosphere must've been awesome for them.
