What is the most valuable piece of sports memorabilia you own? How did you obtain it?

Nothing too fancy for me. A 1950's St. Louis Cardinal team autographed ball.
Signatures include Stan Musial, Nippy Jones, Solly Hemus, Jerry Staley and baseball commissioner Ford Frick. Handed down through grandparents. Value about $300-400.

I'm not a collector of sports memorabilia, but I did save my Ricky Henderson rookie baseball card from when I was a kid. That has to be worth something.

Edit: I just checked the value and its in the 70-100 range.

My Anthony Carter autograph. Got it from my soccer coach who was also the o-line coach for M football. He didn't know crap about soccer but man could he ever coach. We went 11-0.

Also have a foul ball from the 1984 Tigers season.

A hockey goalie stick signed by the entire 2005 Philadelphia Flyers team. Not a big Flyer fan per se, but Simon Gagne and Mike Knuble are two of my favorite players...

1968 Al Kaline baseball card, mint condition. Back in the early 80's I collected baseball cards thinking I was a shrewd investor and all of my cards would lead to the purchase of a Cadillac Deville when I turned 40. Well, I've got less than 2 years to go, looks like I'll be getting a Kia instead.

Desmond Howard signed Michigan jersey. I have a ton of other stuff, but that has to be one of my most valuable ones, and also one of my favorites.

An official Michigan helmet with Mike Hart, Rick Leach, Anthony "A Train" Thomas, Steve Breaston, and John Kolesar signatures. All obtained this year at the spring game.

I'm bored, so I decided to add some pics:
