Interesting read. Not sure how that relates to UM? I guess it gives a general view of recruiting and incite into what the recruit experiences so there is that. I find it interesting that recruiting is trending towards unofficial visits. Unofficial visits are becoming the deciding factor in recruiting players. That gives a decided advantage to the southern schools in recruiting the southern talent. Michigan has recruited a few players out of Pahokee, Florida that last 2 years. Those kids are poor, I mean poor poor, and for Michigan to get them to come up for an unofficial is extremely difficult. Especially compared to a school like FSU or UF. They have the luxury of being close to their core recruiting base. USC shares the same advantage

I'm sure there are still plenty of "belles" and tails provided at all campuses for the big recruits on their visits.
